An elegant 1940s ebonized desk attributed to Jacques Adnet. Set on four tapered legs, the front drops down to reveal a writing desk with cherry wood interior, lined tooled leather insert, interior light, two drawers and a shelf. The piece is set off with gold edging and a bronze centrepiece depicting the tree of life, a windswept female bust and peace dove. Original key and lock.
