Originally published for an exhibition at the Vitra Design Museum, this book presents the works of Mies van der Rohe, from his metal furniture, to work at Thonet and Knoll. In addition to this, there are numerous photographs of the iconic German pavilion in Barcelona and other architectural masterpieces. These are all documented with preparatory drawings, studio photographs and historical images of production and interiors.
