DITER ROT, DIETER ROTH – 246 LITTLE CLOUDS

225.00

First edition, published by The Something Else Press, New York, 1968

“Some artists are one-man movements: But Rot is a multi-movement man”

This book is sort of a lyrical diary, humorous, poetic and frequently ridiculous, these Little Clouds are accessible little notes. With the scrapbook aesthetic and the appearance of direct lo-fi photocopies, it is almost like flicking through a stack of sheets found in the artists’ studio. Art-object/object-book, the indefinite nature of this book is what makes it exciting.

Condition: Very good, some wear to dust jacket at top of spine, and a minor wear to the jacket towards the edge of the board at the top on the front cover.
